Podem operar\ncompletamente abertas ou fechadas, ou em qualquer posi\u00e7\u00e3o intermedi\u00e1ria,\ndiferentemente de v\u00e1lvulas esfera, por exemplo. Por isso s\u00e3o denominadas\nv\u00e1lvulas de regulagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O\nseu fechamento se d\u00e1 por um tamp\u00e3o, denominado obturador, que se ajusta contra\numa sede, cujo orif\u00edcio \u00e9 por onde corre o fluido. Nesse caso, o obturador \u00e9 c\u00f4nico e fino, similar a uma agulha, por isso o nome. \u00c9 normalmente utilizada para ajuste fino de controle de vaz\u00e3o e normalmente em di\u00e2metros pequenos. A imagem abaixo ilustra uma v\u00e1lvula agulha.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"404\" height=\"436\" src=\"https:\/\/togawaengenharia.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/v\u00e1lvula-globo-agulha.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-674\" style=\"width:202px;height:218px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/togawaengenharia.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/v\u00e1lvula-globo-agulha.png 404w, https:\/\/togawaengenharia.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/v\u00e1lvula-globo-agulha-278x300.png 278w, https:\/\/togawaengenharia.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/v\u00e1lvula-globo-agulha-400x432.png 400w, https:\/\/togawaengenharia.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/v\u00e1lvula-globo-agulha-150x162.png 150w, https:\/\/togawaengenharia.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/v\u00e1lvula-globo-agulha-100x108.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 404px) 100vw, 404px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Componentes e fluxo t\u00edpico de uma v\u00e1lvula agulha<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tipo de materiais<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Os\nmateriais mais comuns utilizados na fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00e1lvulas globo s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bronze, para v\u00e1lvula de pequeno di\u00e2metro<br>(DN&lt;20)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00e7o carbono fundido: A-216 WCB<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00e7o carbono forjado: A-105<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A\u00e7o inox: A-351 CF8 e CF8M<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m v\u00e1lvulas globo em PVC\/CPVC, lat\u00e3o e em ferro male\u00e1vel, para aplica\u00e7\u00f5es mais simples ou para materiais corrosivos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tipos\nde conex\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Os\nprincipais tipos de conex\u00e3o de v\u00e1lvulas globo s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Roscado: BSP ou NPT, para v\u00e1lvulas de pequeno<br>di\u00e2metro, tal como v\u00e1lvula agulha.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flangeado: ANSI ou DIN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encaixe para solda (SW).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tipos\nde veda\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Como\ndito anteriormente, a veda\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre pelo encaixe do obturador na sede. Para\naplica\u00e7\u00e3o de alta temperatura e\/ou press\u00e3o, a veda\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser met\u00e1lica,\nnormalmente A-105 ou AISI 304\/316, com adi\u00e7\u00e3o de outros materiais, como\ngrafite. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para\naplica\u00e7\u00f5es de fluidos corrosivos, pode ser recomendada a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de veda\u00e7\u00e3o\nem material pl\u00e1stico, como PTFE (teflon).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclus\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Existe uma infinidade de aplica\u00e7\u00f5es para v\u00e1lvulas globo. Possuem excelente veda\u00e7\u00e3o, f\u00e1cil opera\u00e7\u00e3o, funcionam para ajuste de fluxo e s\u00e3o robustas. O \u00fanico por\u00e9m \u00e9 que normalmente s\u00e3o mais caras que v\u00e1lvulas esfera ou gaveta, por exemplo, o que resulta em utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o errada dessas \u00faltimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p> Espero ter ajudado.
